Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging and tags
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns requested after 14 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer handling
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personalized or customized products

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after inspection
  • Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your location and banking provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
